Don’t Mess With The Radio.
Another double hit of Day 17 and Day 18. I do have a perfectly logical reason for it though which I can’t be bothered writing about.
As for an actual blog post, I am still trying to decide what my next topic will be. So, for now, I am keeping it to the challenge. At least for today. (I promise to do a real post soon).
So, Day 17. A Song You Hear On The Radio Often.
I laugh every time this song comes on. It has kind of become a trademark song in our relationship. Each time it comes on in the car I sing it like a total ‘tard (As in, I make it sound like mumbling) to Kelly to make him laugh. To date, I have yet to fail with this. Even now the two of us will sit in the car and chant the name everytime we are waiting for a new song to come on. So many great memories and yes, it is a song we hear often on the radio.
So, my loves…
Run To Paradise: The Choirboys.
Now, Day 18: A Song You Wish You Heard On The Radio.
Bwahahaha. This song also has a lot of good memories. The first time I ever got blind drunk with Kelly this song was on the radio. Now, I admit, I don’t remember a great deal of what happened that day, however, I do remember waking up on his bed (Before we were living together) in the dark (We went out for lunch with friends) with him walking in the room with some water, chuckling and saying the song name as a question. When I was more with it he had explained to me the sequence of events with the back up of my two best friends (Who told me later). It turns out I was singing this at the top of my lungs and we were pulled over by cops for an RBT in which I asked the officer if I showed him something, would they let Kelly off? (Fill in the blanks). Although incredibly embarrassing for me now, it is a great story for Kelly to tell at parties.
Alas, I pray for this song to come on the radio. (Apparently I was howling just like Jerry Hall)
